3. Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed project terms. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of service. No refunds will be provided once a project has begun unless stated otherwise.
4. Revisions and Approvals
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions (typically 2–3 rounds depending on the package). Additional revisions may be billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed during the project remains the property of PixtalBlend until full payment is received. Upon completion and final payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
6. Use of Content
You agree not to use any material from our website or services without prior written permission from PixtalBlend.
7. Confidentiality
All shared project details, designs, and client information will be kept strictly confidential unless written consent is provided for disclosure.
8. Limitation of Liability
PixtalBlend shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.
